I'd love to tell you more about my Live Guest Wedding Portraits service. Here's what your guests can expect:
During your event, I set up a dedicated portrait station and paint your guests live — one beautiful, hand-crafted portrait every five minutes. Each guest stops by, I snap a quick reference photo so they never have to wait, and they pick up their finished portrait before the night ends. Not a caricature, not a sketch — a real fine art piece they'll frame and keep forever. Date and Event is also included at the bottom of each favor.
Here are the details for this service:
• Investment: $2,500 flat fee (Deposit of $350 included in this price )
• Duration: Up to 4 hours of live on-site painting depending on package
• Includes: Setup and breakdown, portrait station, reference photos, completed portraits handed out the same evening, and one complimentary couple portrait
• Add-on available: Studio completion for any guests not painted live, mailed directly to you (client) after the event ( an additional $250 for this service)

Once you’re ready to book, a retainer holds your date, and we begin coordinating logistics — everything from setup needs to timeline placement within your reception.
3. Your Event Day
Our artist arrives early to set up a dedicated portrait station. As guests mingle or enjoy drinks, they can stop by to be painted.
